Features

LBK Bucket Elevators are custom designed depending on their application and the characteristics of the materials handled. They could be of the centrifugal-discharge types, or continuous bucket elevators, where buckets are mounted in close proximity to each other, or the positive discharge type. The boots are designed to be of the dig-out bucket loading type or the direct loading method for loading buckets.

Characteristics

The trunking is manufactured in 3 or 5 mm sheet metal either reinforced or free standing, with precision machined flanges. They are either monolithic or dual sleeve type depending on applications.

The head section has bolted covers for easy access and latched doors for inspection.
