Features

Light slider bed conveyors general purpose, light load units specifically designed for limited space applications. The synthetic belt slides over a solid stationary bed. The sheet metal construction of this conveyor is rigid and offers a stable one-piece chassis on which head and tail pulleys are mounted.

Characteristics

The LSC family of conveyors accepts many accessories which make it a very flexible and versatile building block.

It can be fitted with hoppers, chutes, belt troughing attachments, side tables, inverters for variable belt speed. The belts can be standard PVC types, Polyurethane accumulation types, or FDA approved food grade types.

The drive unit can be mounted at the end of the conveyor or in center-drive configuration.

Applications

LSC Conveyors are mainly used to handle light loads in confectionaries, food industry, pharmaceuticals, inkjet printing, micromechanical assembly systems, where size and weight are to be minimized.

LSC conveyors can also be manufactured in Stainless Steel for applications in food processing, or wet environment, and fitted with FDA approved belting.

LSC conveyors can be floor mounted, suspended from ceilings using hangers, or wall mounted using brackets

Belt types depend on the load being carried.
