The Quick-back conveyors are used for handling delicate products that could be easily damaged by other vibratory feeds, or when vibration causes mixed products to segregate or when coatings and added seasoning is shaken off.

The quick-back conveyor is a state-of-the-art vibrating conveyor where all functional parameters such as forward to reverse speed ratios, acceleration and deceleration profiles and feed rates that were previously implemented using gears, links or eccentric wheels or complicated inertial drives are now implemented using mechatronics.

It is therefore possible to control individual parameters to precisely match the required conveying characteristics of each material for unprecedented flexibility and control, while fewer mechanical parts give the added advantages .of low maintenance, improved reliability and lower cost.
